My mission is to unlock your creativity and help you feel inspired by YOU. When you feel inspired and creative behind the chair, it fuels the fire in you to evolve and elevate. Evolving is such a vulnerable place to be, but it is the catalyst to change, and change is where the magic happens.
Color theory may not be sexy, but it is the most important tool a colorist needs to master in order to gain confidence and excel at their craft. No more second guessing your formulations, the education I create is specifically designed to provide foundational color theory and placement so that you can create without fear.

This class is designed for stylists who want to approach reds and brunettes with greater intention, control, and consistency both in formulation and in application.
The focus is on everyday, repeatable techniques that create impactful results without over complicating the process. Through live model work, we will break down how to build dimension, maintain depth, and create color that fades predictably and wears beautifully over time!

I’m offering in-salon shadow days for stylists who want to see how I actually work and think behind the chair. You’ll spend the day with me observing real consultations, real formulations, and real-time problem-solving — nothing staged. I’ll talk through my decisions, explain the why, and answer questions as we go.
This is for stylists who want more consistency, confidence, and a better understanding of how hair really behaves in everyday salon situations.
In my role as lead artist for Areté, I create the education for the brand as well as teach, and train the trainers. I also, truly love how the products perform, and admire Areté for their cleaner hair color mission. I basically get paid to do what I love at a higher level for a company that I align with. What a dream, right?

TWO DAY WORKSOPS
