I'M NEW HERE, CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? DoI need a consultation? I am accepting new color clients only on a limited basis. You will need to fill out the consultation form below. This step has to be completed and reviewed by me before any online appointment can be accepted. This is so we can get a little more in-depth on expectation, execution and investment. Also to ensure we are a good fit for each other!
WILL OUR SCHEDULES MATCH UP? I work Tuesday-Friday 10-7 and my nights are extremely limited so if you have to have after 3:00 I likely not the stylist for you.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET IN WITH YOU? *COVID-19 UPDATE* Unfortunately current wait times for a new guest color appointment can range from 8-12 weeks due to new restrictions related to COVID.
DO YOU REQUIRE deposit? Yes, $100 is due when your first appointment is booked. This is required for first time guests only and is a non refundable deposit. The deposit does however go towards your total of the first appointment.
cancellation policy- I require a credit card in order to book an appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, i require 48 hours notice. If 48 hours noticed is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No show's will result in the full service price charge. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you will be charged a fee.
